Admission Procedure
Hostel accommodation is provided to the students who get admission into B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc., subject to availability of sanctionedstrength. On showing the fee receipt, the Hostel office will issue application form. The hostel authorities will allot room with food facilities to the selected merit students after formalities are completed. Each Block is provided with electricity metres and the charges will be shared by the inmates of the respective Blocks.
Eligibility Criteria:A Student who wishes to get admission into hostel, should follow the following procedure:
1) On showing the receipt of college Admission fee, an application form will be issued in the hostel office.
2) Submit the duly filled in application on or before the given stipulated time with photos along with a set of the following Xeraox copies:
List of Enclosures:
a) Intermediate Mark List
b) Intermediate Study and Conduct Certificates.
c)CasteCertificate (SC, ST, & BCs)
d) Income Certificate.
e) White Ration Card
f) Aadhard Card
g) Declaration Forms of Students & Parents (TTDs, Anti Ragging, Covid-19 etc.)
3.Selected Candidates list will be announced after the due verification and all the formalities are completed.
4.Provisional allotment of seats shall be made in order of merit by strictly following the rule of reservation issued by the Government from time to time.
5. Once a student is selected, he has to pay a nominal amount for the establishment charges per year which will not be refunded.
6. If a candidate changes his group, he cannot enjoy the hostel seat of that group unless ahostel seat in the changed group is available.
7. Renewal of the Hostel Admissions for the II & III Year students will be done on the basis of academic performance in their previous examinations and
their code of conduct.
8. A Second or Third year student who wishes to get admission (renewal), into hostel, must be hosteller in their previous academic year which is compulsory.
9. The First and Second Year Students of Hostel should pass at least in three Subjects in their preceding (previous)Semester Examinations in case of SC &ST Students and four subjects in the case of OC & BCstudents as per the mark statements issued by the University authorities.
10. Inmates of the Hostel should put up 75% of the attendance in the college.
11. The Candidates whose parents annual Income is below one lakh rupees are eligible for free lodging and boarding. Parentswith more than one lakh annual income have to bear their mess and hostel charges.
